User-Submitted Content

Users may submit vehicle entries and images of vehicles only. No submission of personal, private, or sensitive information linking individuals or ownership to said vehicles is permitted.

Vehicle data submitted to the platform is aggregated and compiled into system records. While users retain ownership of their submissions, all compiled vehicle data becomes the property of Simmons Multimedia.

Authentication & Cookies

We use session-based authentication cookies managed server-side via our custom backend solution. No advertising, tracking, or marketing cookies are used. All cookies are strictly necessary for the operation of the platform, unless where otherwise stated.

Data Retention & Deletion

Users may request account deletion at any time. A 30-day grace period applies before permanent deletion. No backups are retained.

Vehicle submissions from said deleted account will be deleted alongside the User's data, but public Vehicle data aggregated from said submissions will be retained in system records and may/may not be open to the public. While users retain ownership of their submissions, all compiled vehicle data becomes the property of Simmons Multimedia.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. No system can be guaranteed fully secure.

Sensitive data such as phone numbers or ID numbersare encrypted and stored securely. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS.
